• Your data are/will be treated in relation to the contractual requirements and the consequent execution of fiscal obligations, apart from allowing efficient management of the financial and commercial relations. This treatment will last for the entire duration of the contractual relations and also later on for the execution of the legal obligations and administrative and commercial finalities.

• The treatment of the data is carried out through the use of opportune means and procedures to guarantee security and privacy and it will be carried out both on documentary support and electronic means.

• With reference to the data which we need to know in order to execute the legal obligations, the lack of data on Your part will cause either the impossibility of starting or continuing the relation, within the necessary limits of these data for the carrying out of the same, whereas with reference to the data of which we must have a knowledge the lack of data on your part will be evaluated by us every so often and will determine the following decisions depending on the importance of the data asked for and not given by You.

• Your data will not be made public, however they can be communicated by us to those subjects responsible for their treatment within our Society such as the Management Department, the employees of the Administrative Office, the employees of the Commercial Office, the employees of the Steward’s Office and the Receptionists. In addition, they can be communicated to those subjects who need to accede to Your data because of additional finalities with reference to the relations between You and us, in the strictly necessary limits for carrying out the additional works entrusted to them, such as Credit Institutions and Forwarders.
